In our first session, we will talk about what has brought you to therapy, your goals, and some of your background. This helps us decide together how therapy may best support you, and gives you the opportunity to see whether continuing feels right for you.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged at the full session fee, which is not covered by Medicare.

🔹 Why this policy exists

• Reserved time: When you book a session, that hour is set aside just for you. If it’s cancelled at short notice, it’s usually not possible to offer the time to another client who may be waiting for support.
• Fairness: This policy helps ensure availability and fairness for all clients who need access to appointments.
